Yahoo Buys And Distributes Konfabulator For Free

Yahoo has purchased the widget software, Konfabulator, and they will be giving the software that runs the widgets away for free. According to a Konfabulator CEO Arlo Rose if you purchased Konfabulator since Mid-May you can get a refund. Here's a link to the press release.

A couple of people, (I think they do a podcast or something) have reported using the software on Tablet PCs and are quite enamoured of the widgets. Steve Rubel smells something up possibly with Desktop RSS.
