Chris Pratley gives us more info on OneNote 12. He's hinted before about the new ability to scan into OneNote 12 and make that info searchable. Now he expands on that.
OneNote 12 will have it's own "OneNote Import Printer Driver." It will capture the text of any document you print in and make it instantly searchable using Vista's searching capabilities.
There will be four different OCR engines which will also help "sniff out" text in images that are clipped in.
Audio is converted into phonetic equivalents and indexed and becomes searchable.
All of this sounds amazing.
