World Toilet Summit?

Ok, who knew there was a World Toilet Summit? Apparently a lot was achieved at the summit in Belfast, Ireland. New protocols were approved for global standards and attendees got to see Belfast's UriLift, which is a stainless steel urinal that rises hydraulically out of the ground at night to accomodate male revelers. There was no discussion of stall surfing.
