Forbes Blasts Bloggers; Bloggers Blast Back

Bloggers are in a tizzy this morning. Forbes Magazine has a cover story blasting bloggers for the way they attack targets and pile on. I don't know why anyone is upset, quite frankly. All you have to do is read the article (you have to register to do so) and substitute the words media (print or broadcast journalism, magazines, etc...)or human beings anytime you read the word bloggers and you've got the same story. By the way, ever watch Forbes' business show Saturday morning on Fox? Like looking in a mirror regarding the criticism of this story.

This is one of those "restate the obvious and call it news" stories that magazines do so well (HA!). They are so far behind the curve in terms of covering human events. Remember if you read it in a magazine it's usually old news. Hey, they did their job right this time. More people will read their stuff this morning, so they boosted circulation.
