Origami Makes A TV Debut And Intel Keeps Parceling Out The UMPC Info

Lora and Loren Heiny were all over CNBC's exclusive reporting about Origami from the Intel Developer Forum. Lora has a transcript up of the segment and links to photos that Loren posted on Incremental Blogger. (must be big news as Loren rarely posts photos on his blog!)

Meanwhile Intel now has a UMPC page up called Hardware Design featuring a range of info from the usual marketing hype to a check back on March 9 teaser. There's also a downloadable .pdf that from Intel's perspective is squarely aiming this at the content on-the-go market. (click on the image below.)

One question this raises for me though that I'm sure will get asked after the hoopla over the release of real information passes us by. How does DRM play into the world of UMPC's? I'm guessing it's going to be an issue with all of the get your content anywhere hype that is out there.
