Tracy Hooten seems to think so. TEO3.0 (still in beta but damn good) and its excellent ink integration certainly makes it a must have if you use Outlook and I'm a big fan. Tracy has taken things a step further and shows how, in her student life, TEO 3.0 can replace a number of other note-taking apps. Josh has added so many new fetaures and Tracy hits quite a few of them. She also shows how you can use familiar favorites like OneNote and Journal in conjunction with TEO.
