Dell Continues To Take Knocks and Needs to be Smacked

Dell continues to take knocks for its many missteps and in my opinion deservedly so. They recently have been lowering prices like a fire sale. For a friend, against my better judgement, I took a look to see what kind of deals there were. There are a few. In looking through the customize page I saw this.

I know that using a Ghost option to create a backup fulfills the OEM requirement to provide users with a recovery solution. I find the practice of charging for recovery disks, cheap, sleazy, abusive, and totally shameless. Any OEM who does this should be smacked.
