Oh, Great. Now They'll Start Tapping Bloggers' Phones
Everyone from the EFF to Bloggers are hailing the court victory over Apple that says that Bloggers are entitled to the same First Amendment protections as print and media journalists. Great. How soon will the Feds start affording Bloggers the same phone and on-line communication tapping that journalists are now subject to? In for a penny, in for a pound.
