Irony, Thy Name Is YouTube

This is rich. Michael Arrington's TechCrunch received a cease and desist order from YouTube for the utility they created that allows users to download videos to their hard drive. Arrington says the language cited in the letter can't be found in the EULA. What's delliciously ironic about this is how YouTube built there business using the copyrighted material of others.

As we move into the land of GoogleTube, or GooTube, or GooeyTube, or whatever it is, we are indeed seeing the beginning of the end.
