FTC Looks To Pull The Veil Off Of Viral Marketing

Call it word-of-mouth marketing, call it viral, call it clever, call it deceptive. Whatever you call it the FTC is looking to put the brakes on this kind of marketing by requiring disclosure. It will be interesting to see how this all shakes out and down.
