Testing YouTube's New Direct Recording Service

YouTube announced that they now offer direct to YouTube recording using a webcam. I thought I'd test the service out and here is the result. Looks like a bit of latency between voice and picture at least on this end, but who knows where that is from. It could be the webcam, it could be the service. Once I recorded the short video, it took about 12 minutes for it to be available on YouTube, so I guess that isn't too bad. Interesting to see how this flys as YouTube tries to increase amateur inventory.
