And So It Begins

I've been saying for awhile that eventually Google will buy out the US Government and take care of most of its chores. Maybe this is just the beginning or maybe it is just wishful thinking on my part.

Google has notified the FCC that it will bid a minimum of $4.6billion for the 700Mhz spectrum that is going up for auction, provided that the spectrum is left open for consumers.

Of course the whole thing could backfire on Google and don't think the masters of the lockdown universe aren't going to keep quiet on this one.
