Expensive Space Dump

Taking a dump in space is an expensive proposition it seems. Looks like to build a toilet for NASA's efforts it costs $19 million and we're getting it from a Russian contractor. Apparently that's because our astronauts are familiar with the system because of the Space Station visits.

I wonder what the toilet paper costs?
