The 300 Page Phone Bill

I blogged about phone bill madness  the other day. But this goes beyond just simple phone bill madness to corporate idiocy. i-Justine got shipped a 300 page phone bill from AT&T. Why under the stars would any billing agency anywhere think this was a smart idea. Stop and think for just a moment about the management processes that making the decision to bill this way must have gone through. See it only took you a second to realize that this is just stupid. How many dollars were wasted by AT&T coming up with the other decision?
