Warner Music Boss Says Industry Was Wrong To Go After Customers

Fascinating read. Warner Music boss, Edgar Bronfman says some pretty interesting things about the Music Industry's methods and practices over the last several years. In essence he says they blew it and shouldn't have been so lazy, and then choosing to go after consumers when they figured out they had missed the boat. He's ga-ga over Apple, which is a bit of a tune change.

I'm guessing he's feeling the heat and seeing a little bit of the light, but I'm also guessing it is coming from all sides of the equation.
