Shel Israel Nails It In Open Letter to Twitter

Sometimes someone cuts through all the clutter and nails it. This is one of those times.

Shel Israel is spot on in an open letter to the Twitter Twins on the usefulness, benefits, and the issues that need to be addressed for Twitter to stabilize and then move forward. Great conversation about this is ensuing on Twitter and elsewhere, which will only help. I never thought Twitter would be more than a novelty for me, but it has become much more, and I dare say, almost a vital resource in my tool kit. Beyond that, I can only add a second to each of the points that Shel raises. Go read his post here.
