Momenta PC Concept Looks Scary

This concept of a next generation PC called the Momenta, looks a bit spooky. Supposedly you wear it around your neck, it captures everything until it detects an increase in your heart rate. Then it captures what is causing your ticker to tick faster. I'm just not sure about this.
