Somebody needs to give some folks a job. Preferably away from a computer. Recently we had news that it might be possible for hackers to attack pacemakers, and now there is word that some hackers managed to hack an epilepsy support message board and used JavaScript and flashing animations to trigger headaches and seizures in some viewers.
