Who Started That War In Georgia? Who Knows?

Andrew Sullivan links to Michael J. Totten with some interesting info on how the war in Georgia actually got started. Conventional (and quickly becoming accepted) wisdom is that Georgia overplayed its hand thinking the US would back them. Perhaps CW is wrong in this case. I guess it matters if you care who opened the cage and let the bear out. The bear's still rummaging around. Check it out.
