My goodness. Looks like Apple is taking a note from Hank Paulson's original plans for dealing with our financial woes. Apple is getting a bit tired of hearing complaints from developers who have had their apps rejected from the App Store because their features resemble Apple software apps.
Whether this existed in the original NDA or not, I don't know, but apparently if you get a rejection letter, that content is covered by NDA.
Maybe the best thing for Apple would be just to make every customer who bought a product sign an NDA so that they couldn't blog/talk/spread the buzz about it.
