Did Apple’s Bluff Work? No Royalty Increase

interesting. I wonder if the Copyright Royalty Board bought Apple’s bluff tough stance that they would shut down iTunes if royalty rates increased. Whatever the reason, the CRB did not raise the rates.

We’ll hear more about this in the future I’m sure. Those lawyers need to be paid somehow.
