Eric Mack has mapped out his Paperless Challenge, literally. He's used MindManger to map out his plans and posted the mindmap for all to see. Check it out here.
He also blogs about a communication he received from Ti Lee, Marketing Research Manager for Toshiba America Information Systems. It's a survey asking him about this recent purchase of his Tecra Tablet PC. Eric, ironically says she must not read his blog and also shares the comments he offered Ti Lee. There's no surprise in what Eric says. He likes his Tecra M4 alot, but is a bit afraid of calling Toshiba tech support to deal with some issues, sighting Tracy Hooten's recent expereince.
