Looks like millions of Blackberry users won't be crying in their beer but enjoying the Friday Happy Hour as usual today as the judge in the case did not take any final action either way, instead urging a settlement before he rules. Of course with the US patent office tossing out one of NTP's patents and apparently poised to do the same with another, I'm guessing this whole saga is far, far from over.
