Oh my goodness. I long ago gave up being upset at our President's tortured syntax and speechmaking, as well as the public's seeming get along, go along acceptance of it. But when I read the text of his recent speech at the Tuskegee University I almost thought it was a parody of Al Gore. Almost.
Here's my favorite quote:
"The government funded research in microdrive storage, electrochemistry and signal compression. They did so for one reason: It turned out that those were the key ingredients for the development of the Ipod."
