Loren Heiny just took delivery of his new Toshiba M400 Tablet PC. He reports that in order to upgrade the memory he has to remove the keyboard. Not a smart move on Toshiba's part if you ask me.
He's also reporting difficulty burning recovery disks. This is also disappointing news because it looks like the wave of the future that OEMs won't include recovery media. Instead choosing to offer a software app to burn recovery media. Again, I think this is not a good move. Some bean counter obviously thinks it will save a few pennies not to include the recovery media. I bet it cost much more in support in the long run.
