I'm not sure what is more bizarre about this story. Part 1, a consultant hired by the FBI was busted hacking into the FBI's computer system. Part 2, he did it so that he could get his work done more efficiently, cutting through the FBI's notorious red tape, and was actually given approval for the hacking by the field officer in charge. Part 3, I'm guessing we still don't have a secure system for the FBI, but we are mandating annual security awareness training.
