Yeah, these AOL customer service stories just keep coming. Here's one where the daughter, trying to settle her recently deceased father's estate, couldn't get AOL to cancel his subscription. Here's the money quote from this article.

Something tells me it is going to be really easy to figure out which of those 5000 employees AOL is going to lay off. Her bank is no hero in this story either.
