Remember these guys work for the Department of Homeland Security. They spend your tax dollars. FEMA is in hot water for having a contractor who skimped (probably profiting along the way) by using the same key for multiple trailers instead of a different key for each one.
Why can't we all just admit that when we dip into the public trough that we are going to have some graft and corruption to go along with it. I propose that for each program we just add a line item that says: Ripping off the American Taxpayer. I mean it is the American way, now isn't it?
