Google Verbing

TDavid writes about the lack of common sense in the Google as a verb battle. Scoble takes a bullet for the Google laywers. So, I'm just asking. If this is such a trademark infringement and so threatening to the brand, will Google accede to removing all verb uses of the word Google when they do their rankings of keywords and the like? Seems to me that would be a good place to start.
