Bill, Bill, Bill. Calm down. Don't be so proud and boastful in announcing you are on Al Qaeda's death list. Every American is on Al Qaeda's death list, or so you've been preaching. Now Keith Olberman's list is another thing. But then again, you're too good for his ratings, just like you are far too helpful with your boasting, bloviating, and bombasting in keeping the money rolling in to Al Qaeda. Chill, Bill.
