An Air Force General is on record as saying we should test non-lethal weapons on US citizens before applying them in war, in order to avoid any potential backlash in case someone is injured. I love this quote:
"If we're not willing to use it here against our fellow citizens, then we should not be willing to use it in a wartime situation"
Well, gee. Why don't we just start with students at the Air Force Academy, or maybe the general's neighborhood.
