Well we've heard a few tales of dead folks winning elections before, and dead folks voting certainly isn't a strange phenomenon. But I like this one. A South Dakota woman who's been dead for 2 months won a seat as a county commissioner. I guess the guy who lost the race is feeling pretty good about his self esteem right now.
