Dave Winer has an intriguing post on what he'd like to see as the future of television news. Basically Dave's version would allow you to tick off which news you want and which you don't want to see. I like the idea. Maybe then we'd give lie to what I think is a myth that the networks and the cable guys say is coverage of what we are begging to see, and some stories would go into the archival vault sooner rather than later.
