Another head turner here. A licensing agreement is in the works to allow consumers to make several legal copies of HD DVDs and Blu-Ray discs that they have purchased.
This could be big on the home entertainment front, as the deal may allow consumers to make a copy that can be played on their home media server. Looks somebody doesn't want to see that disc revenue drop after all.
The deal is called "managed copy" and may come with a premium price tag. Would you pay it?
