The US Court of Appeals rejected a petition to delay the beginning of a much too high royalty structure that Internet radio stations are being hit with thanks to a ridiculous ruling by the CopyRight Royalty Board.
That appears to leave things up to negotiations between Internet radio operators and the music industry.
This is a real shame.

UPDATE: Wired is reporting that Sound Exchange, the organization that would enforce the new rates has decided not to put them in force on Sunday while talks continue.
