Tonight was kind of an amazing night at the theatre. We've gotten used to the beautiful surroundings around the facility, the gorgeous sunsets over the mountains, and the deer that wander the fields close to the theatre. This evening we had an early 4th of July celebration. Four different communities just over the first ring of ridges surrounding the facility launched early 4th of July fireworks. Standing in the parking lot we could see almost all of them at once. The closest of these communities is I guess about 3 miles away. It was quite a spectacular sight. Even if it was a few days early. I've seen lots of fireworks celebrations but this was the first time I watched several go off at one time.
Unfortunately the distance and our parking lot lighting didn't lend an opportunity to take a picture.
