I guess all it takes is a court decision. Following on the heels of other Telcos, Sprint has decided to stop automatically renewing customer contracts when they change a plan. They are also going to start prorating the termination fee. Good news on both fronts.
The other fun news is that they are going to start giving you a call if you start piling up minutes and suggest another plan. Great just what we need.
