I'm not sure which is worse. Political commercials themselves, or those who think they are clever enough to parody them. In either case it certainly leaves you wondering about the fate of our nation when you consider that behind these things are supposedly some pretty smart people, who supposedly understand their target audience, and supposedly spend countless dollars and brain power creating these things for that target audience.
Think about that for just a second. The claptrap that gets visited on us with political commercials comes from the folks who we think are smart enough to run our country and our political affairs, and what we see is how and what they think of us.

And here's a parody I picked up from Crooks and Liars, (at least I hope it is a parody) that supposedly has right wing banshee Michelle Malkin singing (if you can call it that.) Maybe this is a parody within a parody, I don't know.
