Go figure. This iPhone app was talked about over the weekend, then it mysteriously wasn't available for download. Now it is. That's just part of the irony here. AT&T has released an iPhone app called Mark The Spot(iTunes link) that allows you to report problems with service, like dropped calls, call failed, no coverage, data failure, and poor voice quality. The idea behind it sounds like a good one, although there is quite a bit of blogging derision saying that AT&T is asking you to test its network for free.
As for me, I'm just wondering how, if AT&T's service flakes out you are going to send in the report?
